Happily Filled: Our Story

It all began with an unexpected detour along the picturesque roads of Hico, Texas. Having spent their formative years immersed in the hospitality industry — watching their parents and grandparents manage oceanfront hotels in Maine — Brian and Kara (siblings) understood the magic of creating a warm, welcoming destination for every guest.

From their earliest days, they were pouring juice for coastal visitors and sharing weather updates with a smile. That early spark grew into a lifelong passion: helping guests experience Extended Stay Your Way.

Today, that passion has grown into a network of fully furnished extended-stay homes and flexible lease housing across New Hampshire, Arizona, Florida, Texas, and Oklahoma. 🏡 Many homes are pet-friendly! Whether you need a month-to-month rental or a short-term home base, we proudly serve:
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Relocating families in need of trusted relocation housing solutions
💼 Corporate travelers seeking reliable corporate housing
🏥 Traveling healthcare workers — including travel nurse housing — and skilled trade professionals (construction, and more)
🧳 Vacationers seeking a comfortable home base for their getaway
No matter the reason for your stay, we're here to make it feel like home.

But we didn't stop there. 🌟 We also created something truly unique — Tiny Town, our posh rustic glamping experience in Texas, offering guests the choice to rent a tiny home, cozy cabin, or RV spot:
🐐 Hico, TX — Stay on a working ranch surrounded by mini-farm animals for a true posh rustic glamping getaway
🌊 Eastland, TX — Unwind at our lakefront cabin rental, a peaceful lake-side Tiny Town experience perfect for relaxation and recharging

As the pull to return to their roots grew stronger, Kara and Brian remembered the words of their great-grandmother, Mimi, who always said:
"It's a wonderful day when we are Happily Filled!"
And in true Hico spirit, they'll always add —
"Y'all come back now, ya' hear!" 🤠
